Note the following class changes:
*There will be NO Wednesday Aerial Arts Classes on June 5. This class is replaced by the Show, Thursday June 13.
*There will be NO Open Training on Friday June 7. This training time is reserved for Community Circus 2 rehearsal.

Community Circus 2:
Monday May 27 Time: 5:30 – 9:15pm *Run half the show & work out transitions
Friday May 31 Time: 7pm – 9:15pm *Individual Act Polishing & transitions at Open Training
Monday June 3 Time: 5:30 – 9:15pm *Run other half of show & work out transitions
Wednesday June 5 Time: 6pm – 9:15pm *Run full show
Thursday June 6 Time: TBD *If needed. TBA. This date is unlikely. Gym likely unavailable.
Friday June 7 Time: 5:30 – 9:15pm *Run full show
*Arrive early or on time, set props/equipment and stage. Be in costume, warmed up & ready to begin!

* All performers will stay after their performance to watch the Community Circus 2 show & participate in the final bow
INSTRUCTIONS:
COMMUNITY CIRCUS 2: Upon arrival please begin stage set-up and set props. Once all tasks are complete get into costume, warm-up and be ready for rehearsal & Directors Notes!
*Make-up and personal prep can be done while the Circus 1 & Aerial Arts students arrive for their practice, or in the 30 minutes the audience is being seated.
AERIALISTS: Please wear the costume items specified by Kaya. Be sure to wear a bodysuit to keep yourself fully covered to protect against burns or clothing getting caught in the fabric.
ALL PERFORMERS: Please arrive on time for Dress Rehearsals & Shows. Upon arrival please go directly to your dressing room. Please leave all your belongings there. Don’t bring any valuables. Change into costumes, begin warm-up & prepare for a quick Rehearsal & Director’s Notes on Show night!

Please bring a snack and water. It is very important to arrive on time and be ready to go to ensure that things run smoothly as there will be a lot of performers to coordinate.
If you are unable to attend Dress Rehearsal OR the Show please submit your conflict, in writing, to Kaya or email info@7storycircus.com. In case of last minute or emergency changes call or text Kaya at 250-650-5597.
Admission at the Door on Show Night:
$20/person, $10 Kids (12 & under), OR $50 Family (maximum 2 adults/family)
*No charge for performers.
